2. Shipping Times

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after receiving payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping (if available) will be applied automatically at checkout when the conditions are met.

4. Carriers

We work with reliable carriers including [e.g., DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx, etc.], depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

5. Customs & Duties (For Non-EU Customers)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery Issues
  • If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
     

  • If the package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and any available details.
     

  • If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
     

 

7. Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Products

If your item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, please refer to the product page for estimated shipping timelines. These products may require additional time before dispatch.
