Mattia Bari attended the Carolina Herrera Spring/Summer 2025 Runway Presentation during New York Fashion Week, wearing his iconic
GOLDEN COSTUME.
Created by a French atelier, the look combines references to 16th-century armor and 1980s fashion, reinterpreted through the bold POP aesthetic of POPST-ART. Its sculptural curves and exaggerated shoulders create a distinctive artistic silhouette.
The Golden Costume was inspired by Prometheus, the iconic gilded sculpture at Rockefeller Center in New York. In Greek mythology, Prometheus brought fire to humanity, a symbol of light, inspiration and the courage to go beyond limits.
The costume transforms fashion into an extension of Mattia Bari's artistic universe, where art, performance and fashion become one.
