Return and Refund Policy

At Mattia Bari USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at [insert email address] before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
     

  • Be returned in the original packaging
     

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase
     

Items that are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in resellable condition may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

3. Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Customized or personalized products
     

  • Digital goods once downloaded or accessed
     

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)
     

  • Sealed items (e.g. cosmetics, underwear) that have been opened
     

 

4. How to Return an Item
  1. Email us at mattia@mattiabariusa.com with your order number and reason for return
     

  2. We will confirm the return and provide instructions and return address
     

  3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense (unless the product is faulty or incorrect)
     

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days
     

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
     

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us first to confirm availability.
